We have products that can be used at any stage of the manufacturing process, from the mill to the bakery. These include our range of flour improver systems to optimize flour performance with the use of flour correctors during the milling process, and our bakery enzyme systems which use different types of dough conditioners and flour fortification to meet the unique needs of professional bakers.
Other products include our frozen dough improver systems, bread and premixes for buns, pastry and confectionery, bakeshop ingredients and ethnic foods like pasta, Asian steamed foods, Chinese noodles, Japanese ramen – including miso soup bases – pita breads and Indian parathas.
We also look into the needs of those with special dietary requirements and have come up with special formulations such as our gluten-free bread and confectionery mix, low G.I. bread mix and sucrose-free crème cake mix.
